"Shame"

Over the past few years I have found it nearly impossible to deal with Cromwell,which is a shame, as as they undoubtably produce the best 1/76 resin models in the world. However the only way to deal with them is to buy at expos. where they are present,but get there on the first day or you will be disappointed !

I have had wrong models sent,excuses galore regarding problems with delivery ,payments taken goods not sent etc. etc.and always nearly impossible to speak on phone just the answer machine which is rarely answered,and e-mails never answered !
