"What a dissapointment"

My daughter has had braces for 15 months and all was terrific. However recently the service has fallen apart. kept waiting 40 mins only to be told that her broken brace could not be fixed. Staff has all changed and the atmosphere in the place is unwelconing. What has happened? Jill.
