A review of Ravel Shoes by Mrs Cooper written on Wednesday 28th of February 2007
After finding a pair of evening sandel's at Dalton Park Ravel outlet store,that were perfect for a wedding outfit.
To my dissapointment they had not my size,clare and sue at Dalton Park Branch were so helpfull in trying to locate them for me and following up everything .
I searched the net then i decided to locate and ring various outlets,my first being GlasgowBrayhead outlet.
Ispoke to a lovelly lady called shauna who happened to be the manageress who phoned head office and found me the exact shoe's.
My shoes are now on the way to me, thanks to the excelent customer service i recieved from Ravel Staff.
Its not every day you find good customer service.
