I too first went to Kingsway for a second opinion. The linkage between my wipers had broken so the passenger side worked but driver side didn't. Instead of replacing the whole unit for £80 as the first garage suggested, Kingsway replaced just the broken part for £11 and didn't even charge me for labour since it was a 5 minute job.

Since then and now 2 cars later, I have continued to go there and recommended them to my friends and work colleagues, several of whom now use them as well. They continue to provide excellent service and now my only grumble with them is that it's hard to get a booking as they're so popular!.
