"T.L.C. in Ward 4!!!"

Many thanks to all the staff in Ward 4 for their care and attention during my recent six day stay. Every one of them, from the cleaning team to the ward sisters and doctors, took a genuine interest and pride in their ward and in their patients. Although this is the "old" part of the Royal they did everything in their power to make it as attractive and welcoming as possible and handled every situation with tact and diplomacy. Residents of Glasgow, and beyond, who are admitted to this ward need have no fear. They will receive the best of care! Many thanks, again, and keep up the good work.
