"Good Taxis / Bad Call Center Staff"

I have been using Network for about 8 years and the drivers are excellent.

The call center staff however (on occasions) are very unhelpful...if not rude! Don't even dare asking if they could make an educated guess on how long the wait is for a taxi!

And it would be nice if a bit of professionalism was thrown in there.....i don't want to wait while the staff finish off there conversation!

Overall the taxi service (the important bit) is spot on!!.
