"No bad food but slow slow slow"

The decor is nice, you feel cosy, the food is to die for.

Complaints: They Do keep you waiting and are very ignorant on phone despite my family booking a large table for 12 once, NO provisiion was made and we called in person just to double check after the initial tel .call, goes there and we have all to sit at separate tables in alcoves etc NOT been booked after all, not exactly professional service !

the complaint is true, even though I was there recently with my friend it was quiet not a peak time and they had seemingly 'forgotten ' to collect our 1st course dishes, then we sat for 45mins waiting patiently for our 2nd course and had to go over and politely ask where our food was as we had been waiting 45mins!

does seem to be value for money and clean, but do expect to be pissed off waiting ,and have incompetant people answer your calls..
