"Disappointed customer!"

I've been visiting the deli for some years now and always enjoyed treating myself there. So I've been waiting with baited breath for the opening of their cafe next door. Sadly after our experience tonight I will not be back! The food was exceptional, when it came... service was terrible. The atmosphere was relaxed and chilled, but then so were the staff. A little too chilled out. Came across as being not interested in serving customers at all. Took 15 minutes to get a menu, and then another 15 minutes for our order to be taken... another 15 minutes I think for food to come... 45 minutes way too long to wait for a simple meal. Deeply disappointing. Couldn't help but notice that others in the cafe were having the same experience as us. For the owners record, todays date is Sunday 1st June. Hoping to come back one day, but not for a long time!
