Got repairs to house done under warranty, so did not have to pay - fortunately.

They seemed to spend more time sitting in their van eating pies than doing anything useful. When work was being done it was usually just by one, with the other 2 standing watching.

Felt uncomfortable that the NHBC warranty people were being screwed.

On the basis of this experience I would certainly not choose them for any building work where I was paying. Quality of work is fine..
