"Dreadful service."

Needed a taxi to get home following an emergency vet appointment. I have major health problems myself and not fit for what this company put me through.

The vets phoned for me but when taxi arrived after 20 minutes standing in freezing cold the driver refused to take me because I had a very small dog with me. She weighs 3.5 kg and I offered to wrap her in a towel but he just drove off. Vets phoned again and the 4 minute promised wait turned into 20. By this time I could hardly stand. Will never use Eastwood Mearns Taxis again..
