"Disappointed"

I have been long time customer of the Glasgow zip yard in Great western road, Glasgow, I went to collect my two pair of jeans for tear , which they stitched up few torn part after many years of use, that was caused by wear and tear, they stitch everything except small tear in the back pocket, which they didn’t stitched up, when I asked why not, lady told me I haven’t pointed out it to them. BTW it was the same pocket they stitched the big tear, lady told me it will cost another £6 in addition to £20 I have already paid for the few tears to stitched up, I left disappointed and disbelief, very poor customer service, not going back again.
