I had purchased two balls of Aran wool from this shop needed a further two balls gave my granddaughter the ball band with shade and lot number

The lady in the shop sold her two balls of an entirely different shade number my granddaughter isn’t a knitter and accepted it when she tried to return it thaw lady said she couldn’t because of covid which is none sense will not be back to this shop and will let my friends in my knitting group k ow about her unhelpful manner.
