"Regarding their returns policy or should it be their non returns policy"

A review of A B S (Scotland) Ltd by I loughlin written on Wednesday 9th of December 2020

Their returns policy is disappointing, bought 2 xmas jumpers for my grandsons a couple 3weeks ago purchased what I thought were the correct sizes but in both the sleeves were to short, phoned up to ask about returning them and was told they have a 7 day return policy! Thought it was 28 days everywhere but obviously not as abs are concerned or do they 🙄🤔.
