In early September my neighbour and I experienced problems with the shared waste pipe from our houses. Two other reputable south side companies attended and after failing to resolve the problem diagnosed a collapsed drain which would, we were told, require extensive investigatory and excavation work totalling several thousand £s. Having used Jay and the Choke Folk for commercial work in the past; I asked them to attend.

Claire, Jay and Anthony went out of their way to squeeze us in on a Saturday morning and using their cameras quickly identified the fault. They identified that the area of pipe in question fell under Scottish water’s repair remit and using their write up and assessment Scottish water completed the repair works and restored service the very next day. Exemplary service. Extremely impressed..
