Purchased a Michal Kors watch .After 3weeks battery stopped working had to pay a jewellers £15 to replace as I'm not in Glasgow very often. My husband bought me a Michal Kors bracelet this had a faulty clip and the bracelet kept opening as I'm not in Glasgow often when I returned bracelet I was told it was out of guarantee .They sent to there own workshop who refused to repair it as it was a base metal ! Thus the bracelet is now unwearable. Finally another gift was a necklace which when opened was totally in knots ! I will not be shopping in this store again. Horrendous!.
