"Don't book in advance"

This taxi company has had my children abandoned and I've lost flights dues to their late arrival when making a booking in advance. The receptionist is extremely rude and hangs up when you make a complaint.

We have used 50 50 for over 10 years but until they sort out their abrasive staff and booking issues we won't be using them again. Very disappointing..
