"Waste of money!!!!"

My 12yr old son joined the agency Feb 2016 as he was keen to be an extra on a programme. I paid the money in good faith thinking he would at least be able to audition for even a minor part at some point. To date I have had approx 7 texts asking if child would be interested in auditioning for a part. I have sent prompt replies back every time saying yes and nothing back! 10 months and my son has never been given the opportunity to audition for anything at all. This has been an absolute waste of money and will certainly never be signing my child up again..
