I'm just in the position of buying a flat as a first-time buyer and the mortgage options felt very overwhelming, and MIB were fantastic. I mainly worked with Marion and Jason who are absolutely fantastic, so friendly and approachable, and were able to give me clear, fantastic advice on what would be the best sort of mortgage for my circumstances, credit history etc, and knew the inside outs of which would be the best companies to approach. Even when I was making my offer of a flat they gave me advice and saved me £1000 immediately. They were really clear about their fee and that this is only payable when you actually get a mortgage and everything goes through. 100% worth it, they got me a really good fixed rate mortgage which will save me a lot in the long run, and it was so amazing to be able to have someone deal with a lot of the calling and chasing up. They felt very trustworthy and reliable and it took a lot of the stress out of things. Thank-you so much to everyone at MIB!.
