"Paper bag charge"

A review of Clintons by Mhairu written on Friday 6th of May 2016

I visited Clintons & bought a card together with a money card. I was asked to pay 5p for a paper bag which is against Scottish rules for this as it should be exempt.

Perhaps someone at Clintons should check rules.
