"Trying to phone to get an appointment and waiting times"

It really is a shame I am giving this a bad review as the doctors (well my old doctor) was very thorough and good at what he does. Howver, trying to get an appointment is a stres in itself. And waiting times are a joke to be honest.I have since left this practise due to this and my new practise is so much more efficient in the admin side..
