"Organist ruined funeral"

It was my mother's funeral yesterday and a very traumatic time for the family, the funeral was our last chance to say goodbye and should have been a very emotional time, instead it was totally ruined by the organist who not only played the hymns too fast but hit bum notes and totally lost his way with the tune! The second Hymm was worse, barely recognisable and far too loud and nobody including the minister could join in! I found myself apologising to everybody that came! You only get one chance to say goodbye and it was ruined!.
