"Unprofessional"

My parents were looking to have work done on their bathroom. Knightswood plumbers came looked said they would come back with a quote and never heard from them again. Normally I wouldn't bother complaining about this but I am sick of seeing my parents messed about. If you don't want a job have the common courtesy to let them know, is it really that hard?.
