"Transport Links but no real facilities for tenants"

This is the former home of an old whiskey bond and its offices. The existing buildings look drab and are in need of at least a make over, but the more modern offices look a bit more appealing. Transport links are good, but on site facilities such as a restaurant or food takeaway are almost non existent and a major negative for this park. There was once a Council run canteen which provided reasonable food, but it closed when the council moved out several years ago. There is now only an expensive hot drinks vending machine and snack vending machine in a corner of the redundant canteen which is far from appealing. There are a few limited outlets to get food in nearby Stepps, but getting there isn't always easy in horrible weather. There was a mobile trader providing quality hot food, sandwiches and drinks, but the park removed that facility from tenants in order to direct park users toward the park vending machines. Not maybe the best location if profile of a business is important, but transport links are as I say it's only good selling point..
