Wifi didn't work.

No hot water in the shower and basin.

The beds were dirty when we arrived. There was a used tissue underneath the duvet cover.

We didn't get cooked breakfast as the chef was busy preparing meals for another function.

Location was poor. It looked like an industrial area.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone..
