"DO NOT USE - CANCELLED MY BOOKING!!!"

Valley Kennels cancelled my booking 48hrs before I went on 2wks holiday because my dog had just completed a course of treatment. No warning given and even their own Vet said there was a very low risk of infection. Even though they took the dog at the start of his treatment?!?

How would you cope if they cancelled you at short notice? DON'T BOOK!

if you've booked with them I'd go elsewhere. I now have to find another Kennel in 48hrs at the busiest time of the year..
