"Poor after sales service"

My mother & I bought 2 crimson rosellas, they both died one after 3 months & one after 4 months, they were not ringed, and we have been blamed for their deaths

We bought all the food, one cage & the birds from the shop, very nice when purchasing, not helpful after we advised of birds deaths..
