"Falsely advertised"

Went on 6 day Ostend all inclusive tour on 26th April. Brochure states house brands beers wines and soft drinks so didn't expect spirits but to be told tea and coffees were not included ! How can they advertise this as all inclusive especially as the rooms did not have tea making facilities. The only tea and coffee you didn't have to pay for was at breakfast. Disgusting..
