"Arrogant and rude staff, spoiled whole experience of buying a wedding dress"

The member of staff who dealt with us was really nice and spent a lot of time with us. However we were told that the dress would be ordered in the exact size required but no measurements were taken, was told the only alteration that would be needed would be the length however when dress arrived it was a very poor fit and required lots of alterations. It was taken to an independent seamstress and I was not impressed with the attitude or manner of the one the store uses. Cost a lot of money to be altered to fit would have been better having a bespoke dress it would have been less stressful. Would not recommend this store to any bride to be and have made other brides aware of the whole minefield of buying bridal wear..
