"350/0 off all dresses full price couldn't get the discount because the full"

The store was advert ins 350/0 off all dresses purchased at full price so I choose a dress in store but at the till I was told I found not have the discount because the dress I had chosen was roman original brand and they don't give a discount on that brand. How strange because I wanted to buy this dress from m&co not roman original.
