"Bad experience"

Booked car in for mot at this garage. Before hand got it serviced by Ford at a cost of £160. Wife collected car and was charged £74 for mot. When queried I was informed by boss that they added a £20 pre mot service check and that someone should have told them not to do it if not required. At no point was it made clear that they were going to charge for this. Very underhand and no offer of waiving this in order to keep a customer who has just moved close by and was looking for a trustworthy and transparent garage..
