"Tried to contact by phone waste of time NO ADDRESS FOR EMAIL"

I RECEIVED A LETTER ASKING ME TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AT THIS HOSPITAL AFTER PHONING SEVERAL TIMES AND REQUESTING RING BACK I FAILED TO MAKE ANY TYPE OF CONTACT. THE LETTER ASKED ME ALSO TO USE AN E MAIL TO CONTACT WITH THEM UNFORTUNATELY THEY FAILED TO PUT THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE LETTER. THIS HAS LEFT ME CONCERNED AS THEY STATE THAT IF YOU FAIL TO CONTACT THEM YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CHANCE OF AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM.SURELY IT WOULD NOT BE TOO MUCH TO ASK IF THEY WILL PUT THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS ON LETTERS,AS THEY SEEM UNWILLING TO ANSWER THE PHONE.
