I went to this practice as a teen and had no problem when my daughter was referred. I can't describe how disappointed I've been with this surgery. There is one receptionist who is utterly rude and unhelpful. You are frequently waiting way beyond your appointment time and heaven forbid you ask for an out of school appointment. I asked today and I've to wait three months. I was also told that the orthodontist I've been changed to only gives morning appointments. Utterly ridiculous, my child should not miss out on her education to have straight teeth. Please don't use this place..
