"Absolutely disgusting"

Walked in with my friend and soon had to leave - it was filthy and the way the animals were kept there was absolutely disgusting. Especially heartbreaking as a rat owner was a male rat kept alone on wood shavings (super bad for their lungs). Avoid at all costs, alarmed SSPCA..
