"Incompetent staff"

Last thursday I ordered a birthday cake for my partners father to be delivered to the paisley road shop on tuesday morning , when I turned up on the day I was told that the cake hadnt been delivered , the lady phoned up the shop where it was made to see why it had not turned up only to be told there was not a note to say it had to be delivered and also there drivers were all finished for the day well I had a taxi waiting outside to drop me off at my partners fathers home with the cake I had to go all the way to dalmuir in clydebank to get the cake which left me out of pocket by £25 they took of £10 for the inconvenience hmm , id advise anyone thinking about ordering a cake not to buy it from there..
