"Disappointing"

Sew easy has really gone down hill. It used to be reliable but the alteration service is now terrible. I took the same pair of trousers three times to get hemmed and they were too short, too long then incredibly still not adjusted properly after third attempt. I gave up and will now take the trousers and future custom elsewhere..
