"Difference in price for each passenger."

A review of Caledonian Travel by Not happy Kathy written on Wednesday 13th of August 2014

Booked weekend for my daughter and ii to see Saturday night take away with ant and deck.price was £139 per person .At time was happy with this .were told only few seats left on bus so seating WAS limited to two seats in row 5or seats at back.we opted row five.wk before trip got phone all from barrhead confirming our agenda ,hotel etc .i looked up hotel only to find they were now offering same trip for £99.i phoned to enquire about the £40 difference in price and was told they had reduced it to fill bus.and because we had booked early(march) that was the price advertised.they were not helpfull and adamant they were not going to reduce price. I am so angry as I object to the fact I am being over charged and exploited for booking early, also if they can charge £99 for same trip what exactly is the normal price of trip.there is no customer satisfaction with caledonian travel.although if have travelled with them many times before home and abroad I will not be using them again.i think the £80 extra we have paid is appalling..
