"Not happy at all"

This shop was recommended to me by a friend for good food full of flavour . I live 10 mins from the shop & had to wait 1 hour & 20 mins for a delivery there for I cancelled my order as I was no longer looking forward to it where I recived nothing but an apology no half price or free meal or a special offer to call back again . Very poor people skills and service ! Will not call this shop again the whole point of a takeaway. Is fast food & this is far from it if your hungry stick a roast with all the trimmings & sides in the oven itl be quicker.
