"Ist overloaded"

I agree with the review by Alan . I have work for this Company for over 10 years . Our workload used to be half of what it currently is . The attitude of most ists now is I can get all the work done no matter how hard I work so why do any of it . It annoys me on call . I don't know what the other areas are like but London is a joke .No bakery or catering ppms get done properly so thr amount of call outs we get is disgusting . Like asda have pushed all the farmers for more for their money they have done they same to city . We can't cope with they workload. If I was 10 years younger I would go back to uni and get out of this game . I used to love city but now I hate the job . It's a shame what's happened to what was once a really good company to work for ..
