"Behar falls short on service."

Ordered two carpets and vinyl flooring on 5th April. Went back in a week later to confirm everything and pay an extra £600 deposit. No further contact from the shop. Had to chase them a month later to find out nothing had been ordered.Its now 16:55 on the 19/06/14 been waiting all day for an am fitting, fitter just pulled up. Avoid paying this company until the jobs done. Its the only way you have any control over them. Poor customer service..
