E.g the person answering the phone , sooo cheeky defoz making a big complaint , first she put me on hold then she hung up on me when I tried to explain what happend then she said 1 min after I phoned bk that Monday isn't available now and its next thursday I mean within 20 too 30 secs . sort it out asap..
