"Change of hours and shifts CBR"

I strongly feel that ACES are being unfairly treated, due to the new CBR (Computer Base Rota)some colleagues have lost hours,some have been forced to change days off,ect ect.

I work 6hr 30min per day,5 days a week, i am now forced to take a 30mins unpaid break after working 3hr 30min,(6-9:30 then 10-1) i am told its a split shift!!!

In our hand book it say ... working 4hr plus we are entitled to 15min-20mins paid break. i am taking a 30min unpaid break along side colleagues that are only working 4hr 15min per day and entitled to a paid break !!!

How is that fair???
