This Doctor has refused his patients treatment until his nurse can make a prognosis, one week after. He asks questions that do not relate to the patient malady and sounds condescending in his tone and manner.

This Doctor has no sympathy, no bedside manner, dry and matter of fact in his approach and would really clinch it by calling out "NEXT" when finished with a patient.

He has in the past refused his patient help to stop smoking saying that the treatment is too expensive.

His nurse has refused treatment for the flu jab to a patient.

When a patient attends, this Doctor pays more attention to other checkups rather than the reason for attending in the first place, almost as though he were drumming up more business, that is the impression given.

His receptionist's are unfriendly, hostile and nasty, when riled..
