"Lack of spare parts"

Bought a mirror with 2 internal lights fitted with T4 light tubes. One tube burnt out and I went to get a spare one from electrical suppliers to find out that the one fitted to the mirror was 462mm long and the uk standard ones are 465mm long and wont fit into the existing light fitting. As a last resort phoned Wholesale Domestic to see if the could supply one for one of their products. Staff unhelpful and the promised return calls from their so called manager never came, and further calls to them resulted in a lot of ducking and diving,and still no explanation as to whether they could get the oddball size of bulb for me.If I cant get one ( and have tried everywhere including the internet without any luck)it means the I will need to fit new light fittings inside the mirror to a standard spec so that I can get spare bulbs in future. Think twice before you purchase anything from this company if it may need spare parts that are not readily available. The staff are ill informed and customer service is not in the company policy.They are quite happy to take your money for goods ,but not happy to help out customers. Sorry but will not be buying from them again.
