"Asked for prices over telephone"

I rang Bonnypack and was put through to their warehouse. I explained that I would need to arrange transport to get to the warehouse and if it would be possible for them to give a price for 5 venetian blinds. I had all the measurements available, and was asked to hold while they checked if anyone was available to help me. I was then told there was no one available and that I would need to call into the store. Perhaps if they had offered to take my details and call me back it could have been a sale. Now I shall not be using them at all. Very unco-operative..
