"Is this a money making ploy?"

I am on my fifth attempt to speak to someone . It is disgraceful . I wondered if they do it deliberately and if they make money out of it?? I used to find Centre 1 really easy to access. I just want a letter of my earing for last year. thats all. and it going to costs me a days wages at this rate. very sad. .
