"Poor customer service - I will not use again"

I had the misfortune of dealing with the owner when I asked him why he had charged me so much to replace a light bulb when I asked for the fitting to be changed instead. He offered a small sum off the bill (£20) which I declined as this would not cover the costs incurred for a service I never asked for. He proved to be obstructive, unhelpful and lacked any business courtesy. I would not use again and will stick to other, more reliable firms such as Robert Hill and Co in future.
