"Snobby, stinking and uninterested"

Went nov 2013 to look for 4 BM dresses. Had made an appointment, arrived, kept waiting at door for a while, reason became apparent as soon as the door was opened for us. The WHOLE shop was absolutely reeking of smoke, overpoweringly so.

Had previously phoned to enquire about junior range, told lots in stock, biggest stockist in Glasgow of BM dresses. When we went through to look, she had 2, not right style for us. She was unbelievably rude, defensive, to the point of snappy and within 3 mins asked if we wanted her to call us a taxi. Couldn't get us out fast enough, obviously wanted to finish her fag. VERY unhelpful, unprofessional and unpleasant. .
