"Promises unkept"

I am very upset as a patient who followed Dr Geraldine Dunn to her new practice within Bridgeton Health Centre to discover that the arrangement was purely temporary and that she has now gone from the Centre altogether.

If she had made the temporary nature of her move upstairs clear in the first place when she was contacting patients and urging them to switch, I would not have changed practice as I did.

Happily I have been able to rejoin the practice of Dr Lynas and Dr Jennifer Dunn..
