I have been a patient of Dr Winter for more than 20 years

He is friendly, caring and always makes me feel at ease even when it's a serious nature.

He may not be like the old school doctors straight faced in their suits and don't make you feel at ease, so he has a natural approach sometimes a bit hyper lol but other than that he is great and gets my vote any day. :).
