"Honest and fair priced"

As the title suggests ,after years of garage hopping (including dealers)...I was advised to try kingsway by a work colleague .....I can only say that the service was second to none....the car was collected from my workplace and delivered back when finished ....it had a full service and faults with the abs brakes fixed whilst it was in,....the reception staff let me know the progress throughout its time in the workshop and kept me up to date on costs,they would not go ahead with any work without approval......I found this very refreshing as previous garages I had used thought that it was their decision on what to fit and what not...I have been with them now for many years and have no intention of looking elsewhere ,I feel I can trust them, and I like that feeling when parting with my car........you can also talk to the mechanic involved with your car if you have any questions to ask ,which I like....,my daughter ,son,and most of my friends now use this garage as a result and I can say I have not heard anything negative said so far, hope this helps, Amanda Quinn..
